All of our approved Nanny's have gone through a certified training program and we can customize what games, songs or actives based on our simple survey on what you feel would be the best way to spend time. All our programs have been tested in the field and we have never had an negative reports.
We start the process by filling out a registration form, so we can collect basic information.
We will schedule a phone call to discuss the type of service, the process of hiring a nanny or sitter and answer any questions
Through our data base of Nannies & Sitters, we will provide as many profiles till you find the perfect match.
Before hiring your Nanny, we will set up a Meet & Greet so you can see how they interact with your child. Upon the family's approval, we will put forward a start date.

Our process typically takes between 30-45 days. We are sure to vet all candidates with interviews, background checks, and reference checks before you even see a profile. You can expect to receive candidates 7-10 business days after beginning the process with us.
The pay for nannies can vary, however, if you want someone that is reliable and provides excellent childcare, you will likely need to budget for a minimum of $15/hour. Depending on your location, starting rates maybe $15-$30/hour. Remember, this is a person you are inviting into your home to care for your children. You want to compensate them well and let them know they are valued. This will go a long way when it comes to finding a qualified and experienced nanny.
Yes! We help make the match, but once you’ve hired a nanny, you and she will need to arrange payment.

The responsibilities of a full-time nanny vary depending on the household, but often include full care of the children by organizing fun, educational and age-appropriate activities. A Part-Time Nanny responsibilities vary but often include full care of the children, engaging in creative play, driving the children to and from school and extra-curricular activities, assisting with homework, and light tidying related to the children’s activities. Part-time nannies generally work between 20-25 hours per week. Often include working either mornings or afternoons, assisting the family a couple full days per week, working weekends, or providing after-school care.
Temporary Nanny Agency fee is a flat $25 per day. Temporary Nannies are paid by the hour-depend on a variety of factors, from where you live, number of children (max number of children is 4) and their ages.
Emergency Nanny Agency fee is $50 per booking. Emergency Child Care is a unique solution for parents to book through “CT” when your regular child care is unavailable.
An after school Nanny can make sure the children get home safely from school, prepare them a healthy snack and get them started on their homework until mom or dad gets home. An after school Nanny may shuttle the children to after school activities the children may be involved in, and then makes sure they get home safely after their activities.
Newborn Care Specialists (NCS) are highly experienced individuals who have chosen to specialize in newborn and infant care. Many have undergone specialized training and have advanced knowledge in a wide variety of subject areas including lactation support and sleep training. A NCS is an expert who will work with you for the first weeks and months of your newborn’s life.
